1. My salsa base typically is tomatoes and onions. You can use mangoes, peaches, green peppers, cucumbers, etc. but I am more of a basic salsa man being from the Midwest and all. For flavoring I use a fresh squeezed lime stolen from my neighbor&#039;s tree, cilantro from the garden, a jalapeno pepper (vary amount you add by how spicy you want it), a minced garlic clove, a pinch of chili powder, and garlic salt.

2. The store sells packets of salsa powder. I&#039;m fairly sure if you lined up the salsa recipe above with the powder you wouldn&#039;t be able to tell the difference so it only comes down to how much time you have.</description>
