Clean desks

Recently Mandy reported on the cleanliness of household desks. I for one am completely unsurprised by the fact that:
* Mark’s desk is not as clean as he claims
* Mandy’s desk is much cleaner than Mark’s
* Mandy made sure to clarify the previous point

On my walk from my car to work this morning I came across a pile of Satish Dharmaraj’s business cards in the middle of an empty street. Satish is the CEO of Zimbra, a new collaboration suite that is an alternative to Microsoft Exchange. I wonder if he was knocked off by a Microsoft Outlook [...]

And they called him Sumo

We met a future member of the Johnston family this afternoon. We had it whittled down to three names:
* Biggie Smalls
* Parcells (his nickname would be tuna)
* Sumo
After meeting him we decided Sumo fit him best. Although I’m still a big fan of Biggie Smalls.
