And you're right, I did imply (although not my intention) that *only* the marketing folks should be doing the manual and I imagine that would be the nightmare most imagine it would be. Then again, a manual produced only by the marketing folks might still be more entertaining than the all-too-common bad (but technically correct) manual is virtually unreadable anyway.
