Good business

TechCrunch recently featured SmugMug, an online photo sharing site. They never took venture and are not a free service. They have a great story. They have a great service. They are profitable. (They even use a Jotspot wiki.) Ignore the buzzwords, ignore the magazines, ignore the business books and gurus. There is no 2.0. Good business hasn’t changed.

Happy customers, who are happy to pay.
