I recently finished Jessica Livingston’s Founders at Work. I recommend the book to anybody who enjoys the world of startups. If you don’t want to invest the time to read the whole book I highly recommend at least reading the interview with Phillip Greenspun on his experience with ArsDigita (Chapter 24). It is an amazing story of things going wrong. I also thought Joe Kraus had a great interview, but I’m a bit partial.
